Need a Steam expert to try and figure out my third floor heating situation, Astoria, NY

Hi all, i've been on and off on this website, i've tried looking for the find a contractor link but either i'm blind or it just does not exist. Anyway, can anyone recommend a steam plumber to take a look at my steam system. I have a 3 story 6 fam apt building in astoria, ny. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

@JohnNY Look / advise and service the issue, I have a contract with my oil company for maintenance for the boiler etc...

I can look and advise. As mentioned above, you've got good service people in your area. Gateway Plumbing and Heating wouldn't go to Astoria until things loosen up in Manhattan and Brooklyn. It's that time of year.
