Adarad Dokum Oil fired boiler

Was hoping to find some OEM settings on this Adarad Dokum Oil boiler with Riello burner. Can't seem to get the CO under 200PPM. Tried different nozzles, head/air/pump adjustments. Gave up after 2.5 hours. First time seeing this Turkish boiler in my career. Any info is appreciated. Model number is DK4

make sure the boiler is up to temp, they make co when cold also too much air can chill the fire and can cause co as well as too little air. Shouldn't be that high though0
