Boxing in the radiators, pics and questions.

1 radiator done, 2 more to go! I just finished boxing this one up, it was a pretty tight fit. The duct you see in the bottom of the box is going to be the cool air return, once I decide on if I am going to pull fresh air from outside or the neighboring AC duct. I fired everything up when I finished this and you could really feel the air being pulled into the return duct!
Questions are....
A) Is this design ok? It is a bit small, but I was really limited on space.
If you follow the main back about 3 feet you see one of my main vents. This branch feeds 2 other rads upstream, and terminates at the boxed in radiator. This wasn't too bad an idea, was it??
C) Thoughts on where I should pull my air for the box from, outside, or in?
Taadaa!!!

This was before. Lol

I would think you would want to create a convective air flow. The heated air travels up and across the ceiling then cools and enters a floor register to go back to the radiator.0
