Hi all,
Had a problem same as another user 10 yrs ago and search brought me to this site. Couple questions regarding that discussion found here:
http://forum.heatinghelp.com/discussion/98018/no-heat-upstairs-kids-cold-help/p2
I don't see the labeled photo used for illustrative and instructive purposes from back then and it may be very helpful to me. Is it still available? Alternatively could someone possibly do similar for us with pic (s) attached.
Also once electric is off, pilot turned off and therms. all set to lowest setting how long does it take for boiler to go from hot to cold?
Note also that the pressure relief, and expansion tank valves as well as the backflow preventer have all leaked/dripped in the past, by design or otherwise, as is evident. Now issue is when I run heat it heats through home but is causing an over pressure condition releasing steam/water to the floor in the back. I'm believing this to be due to the trapped air turning to steam.
Thank you!!!!
Ryan
