Are there effective electric heaters for a 400 sq. ft. uninsulated rock wall room?

Electric baseboard will work fine if you put enough in, but you won't like the bill. Otherwise it's steam or hot water radiation.

forget any ductless split or ducted system it will never work.........unless you stud the interior walls and insulate and add insulation to the ceiling as well. then you can heat it with whatever you wan't
