Exceptable CI radiator flow rates?

Sooooo now that the dust has settled for a bit. What is an unexceptably high flow rate, and an unexceptably low flow rate for CI radiators? Leave system type on the side lines.

Hot Rod you were experimenting with different flow rates on a CI rad. The thread it was in escapes me. I remember you were taking it to 2gpm?
