How do you replace a pressure relief valve?

    I have a Weil McLain Gold GCT boiler with an expansion tank and a separate hot water heater.

    My pressure relief valve isn't releasing pressure when the gauge reads 40 psi so I am going to replace it.

    The current valve is a watts m330-m1
    30 SPI
    375,000 btu

    How do I replace this?
    Are there any precautions I should be doing or extra servicing that needs to be done after this installation?

    I almost never say this, but please, please, hire someone.

    If you tell us your area I'm sure we can recommend someone good that will treat you fair.

    Single pipe 392sqft system with an EG-40 rated for 325sqft and it's silent and balanced at all times.
