Heater has no code or LO but reads 7 7 all the time. Anyone seen this before?

That reading of 7 dash 7 (7 7) srays on the dis play 24/7 no code or LO comes up to my knowledge0

that's not a code I'm aware of. when your having hot water issue's is the boiler coming on or not trying to run at all? If it's not trying to run it could be a flow switch..0
-
I don't see a flow switch at all but it's been running for over 10 years like that... I don't think the ignitor is turning on but then there should be LO code... when we hit reset it goes on0

If your having an issue with hot water and not the heat. Then it is usually a flow switch issue if it's the old style it is in the cold water line above the flat plate exchanger. They make a retro kit to change it to a different style switch.

Turned out to just be the boiler control display0
