Wire up a LWCO

Hey all,
I broke my golden rule and didn't take a picture of the cycleguard wiring before removing it and replacing. Now when the water is low, the auto fill kicks in and works but after the LWCO light goes off indicating water level is fine, the auto fill keeps cycling on. I'm sure I wired this wrong.
