Capture soot while cleaning a commercial boiler??

Looking for some ideas.

Cleaning a pin boiler is no big deal, hold the vacuum near where your brushing and most of the soot drops down in the chamber to be vacuumed out.

now I am faced with cleaning a bunch of "vitorond 200" commercial boilers. The whole front door with the burner on it swings open for easy access. Wide open and easy to clean

Except the soot goes all over the place and makes a mess of the entire boiler room. Takes me forever to vacuum and mop the boiler room.

Short stack so theres no draft to keep the soot in the boiler while brushing.

I am thinking of a upside down plastic tub suspended over the front of the boiler (like a 2' x 3' plastic mortar tub) cut a hole in the tub with a takeoff in it with flex duct to a fan. Pack the tub with filter material.

Anyone have any good ideas I would love to here them.
Thanks,
Ed
