I don't know if any of you guys are interested but Acme Tool has the Milwaukee 12:1 Infrared temp gun on sale from its regular price of $99.00 to $34.99. (I know we don't quote prices but this is a tool, cut me a break :) ) The sale ends on Sept. 24th or until inventory is exhausted. I ordered one this past weekend.

    I just got an email from Acme Tools to tell me my unit was shipped FedEx, with the tracking #, today.

    Does it work any better than the cheaper ones for pipe that is painted, say white?
