I like this approach that Taco is considering. Thoughts?

I think a company with low turnover in the workforce is something all American companies should strive to be. I buy Taco and every product that is installed supports their workforce. Just as quality and reliability sell themselves, dedicated employees are the ones a company should keep.
Just as needed are employers who keeps their workforce, is a company the people are proud to work for. This is a race to the top, where all of us should look to be going.

Mr White is an incredible gentleman. Having had the honor to attend one of his courses and tour his facility I can say it's understandable why Taco continues to grow today. All the people you meet are smiling...all are looking towards the future and are very proud of the product they bring to the table...very nice to see what should be the normal in all aspects of this country..0
