Turning off last leg of gas line

planning to go away for a few weeks, I wanted to shut off gas to stove just to ensure no one uses it. Our gas line has the main shutoff, then a shutoff to the HWH, then the boiler, then one shutoff that covers drier and stove. Should be no issue to shut off the latter since it's the last in the line, and that would leave HWH on, yes? Answer seems obvious but just checking.
