199,000 BTU tankless

I need four tank-less nat gas water heaters. The Palomas I have used in the past worked out great for many years. I replaced them with the ones that have a "parent". They last for two months before the heat exchanger starts to leak destroying everything under it. Has anyone had a good experience with 199,000 BTU heaters that can be linked together?

What units have you had that are falling apart so fast.? Most have a 15 year warranty.
Noritz makes a great unit. I have been using State for a couple years now. Rinnai is good too.
All are in the 199K range.0 -
What is a parent for these?--NBC0
