I ran across this unit today. There are a bunch of these out still in service... This condo complex must have at least 100 of them. There are 2 other condo complexes that still have a few units running.
Customer would like to replace this before it becomes an issue... seems to go through more that its share of thermocouples.
Very little heat load... 25k btu max. 2 ba / 2 showers. I am thinking a Combi would be great but venting is the issue. Can't vent into the Bvent as there is another unit below that uses the vent also.
Not a lot of room . Floor foot print is 19"x18"
I would like to vent up and out but you know how condo associations are....

Sounds like it may be time for a meeting with the association...sell the whole complex on a conversion...caching!!!
