Anybody know what happened to Eternal Water Heaters? The website takes you to a fashion site, the toll free # is gone.
We've got some failures in the field with a 10 month old unit, is the customer SOL?
It looks pretty bad when we recommend an item and it's the Ford Pinto of DHW.
