    Smelled like 12, but I only saw 4. Btw that was only 6 mos. after their annual service. They refuse to move the litter boxes, get rid of the cats, or pay me to run a combustion air boot to the outside.

    The shutter and the door remind me of my own. They are fully closed with the .50 nozzle and the unit still gets too much air.

    You mean too much ammonia right ?
