I have a two zone system Radiant on first floor and hot water (180) on 2nd floor, i am going to replace my cast iron boiler with a new wall hung boiler and indirect water heater. There is so much on the market, so before I buy I would like all the input i can get on what works well ! Thanks

Radiators on 2nd fl and yes I have done heat loss calculations. What is the longevity of these boilers ? How are there reps ? Also can it handle the 180 ? Thanks for reply !

yes but if you have radiators you can run lower than 180, possibly much lower0

You need to do an edr check on the rads of the second zone. If the second zones heat loss is lower than the room by room edr of the rads than you wil not need 180 SWT to those rads except maybe at design day conditions. In a nut shell if the rads are over sized SWT goes down to meet the loads.0

What are your numbers for the heat loss calculations.?these boilers can last fairly long with proper installation & maintenance
