Any Tips On Changing Out a Caleffi ThermoMix Cartridge?

I'm going to try a 140F cartridge, up from my current 130.
Would anyone have any tips on doing this? Other than, make sure the water isn't hot and is depressurized (I did that once with a coolant sensor on a car-ouch).
With that car sensor thing, I was able to change it out without losing much coolant (even with the ouch).
I don't have isolation valves around this ThermoMix, but a little distance upstream and downstream.
Should I try a quick change deal?
Thanks.

If you could practice first, maybe a "quick, wet" change out would workBob "hot rod" Rohr
