that Eternal water heaters are no longer around, at least on the West Coast.
8.33 lbs./gal. x 60 min./hr. x 20°ΔT = 10,000 BTU's/hour

I found this on Terry Love. The chap posting has the handle of Asher. From Beverly Hills Ca.
Unfortunately Eternal in the USA has closed down completely! The Canadian company cannot sell in the USA. There's a basic design flaw, apparently in the circular heating unit that causes it to crack after repeated cycles.
This is, as far as we know, the only Tankless water heater that doesn't cause a substantial pressure drop for that hot water line!
One could use a Laars Mighty Stack furnace instead, and that is not as efficient but has years behind it in commercial use. One can get it with an 80 gallon water tank too.
One can still get parts online from various dealers. Complete units and you are on your own!

They've been gone now for a while... 6-months to a year maybe. Lot of people with them out there left hanging. Building is empty phone is not in service.0
