I don't like the one in Burnham's Heating Helper book.
What is "riser pitch"? I'm trying to solve a problem with multiple (vertical) risers. Pitch doesn't enter the conversation.

http://www.tlv.com/global/TI/calculator/steam-pipe-sizing-by-velocity.html comes in handy if you want to use lower pressures.0
