Compliance with the amended standards established for residential boilers in this final rule is required on and after [INSERT DATE 5 YEARS AFTER DATE OF PUBLICATION IN THE FEDERAL REGISTER]
seems to indicate that it has yet to be published?0 -

Standing pilots are forbidden? They consume miniscule energy, particularly if they are turned of in the summer, and are easier to maintain and troubleshoot than electronic versions.
I think (hope) my old boiler will go well beyond that 2021 date. It's only a little over 60 years old0 -
