rinnai error code 32

I have had a Rinnai outdoor tankless water heater for 8 years with no problem (R75LSe/R94LSe).
Today I am getting an error code 32 - Outgoing water temperature thermistor fault. I see the area in the VA Series outdoor LS manual schematic but do not see where I can check for loose wires etc on the unit itself.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Gary

That sensor connects with a molex connector and the wire runs across the bottom of the unit to the hot water outlet. I don't see much value in trying to save a limit device. Replace it. Not the condition of the unit when you remove it. Oh, and I think there is a very small o-ring in there. Don't loose it!1

Hi Jack,
I used the online manual to verify the error code and came up with the same result as you. I tried ordering the part - very difficult, but finally got one for $15 and installed it the next day.
It worked! yes I had to go back and exchange the O ring as the new one did not come with one.
Thanks for the help.0
