Can anyone identify this old fixture

Maybe a purging station? Three 3/4 zone returns enter and 1 1/4 out the bottom to the boiler. Has a drain on one side and an air vent in the top. Also the 3 entering have dials for 1/4,1/2,3/4 and full. Balancing manifold. It's also embossed with HP1
