Can anyone identify this old fixture

Maybe a purging station? Three 3/4 zone returns enter and 1 1/4 out the bottom to the boiler. Has a drain on one side and an air vent in the top. Also the 3 entering have dials for 1/4,1/2,3/4 and full. Balancing manifold. It's also embossed with HP1

By the shape, it looks like an air eliminator. By the color, it looks like Bell & Gossett.

8.33 lbs./gal. x 60 min./hr. x 20°ΔT = 10,000 BTU's/hour

Two btu per sq ft for degree difference for a slab

Combination air separator and manifold, but I don't recognize the partial tag on it.
