I completed descaling my 94i last night by the procedure. Unplug, gas off, water valves off, clean screen filter, attach hoses, valves open, run vinegar through for 1.5 hours. I then reversed the process and plugged the unit back in but it won't reignite. There are no error codes. Has anyone seen this before?

Yes. You disturbed sediment internally that is now stuck in the flow switch.
Best bet is to try and run a hose off the hot side service port and blast it quick and hard.
Last one we flushed did the same thing. Called tech support had us do that and it kicked right on and worked fine afterwards.
It's also good to remove the burner and clean it with compressed air.2 -
Ditto Eric's advice same thing here...throttle the cold valve a few times it should clear out in a few secondsLANGAN'S PLUMBING & HEATING LLC
