    I guess I was 13 or 14, I was in my Grandmother's basement when the coal delivery truck dropped it's load down the wooden coal chute. I will never forget the roaring sound it made as the dust cloud rose glistening in the sunbeam coming through the basement window. That had to be around 1962 in So Norwalk Ct. Warm memories.
