Hudson Reed steel radiators

Does anyone have experience with these radiators?

One of my customers wants them installed in their house.
8.33 lbs./gal. x 60 min./hr. x 20°ΔT = 10,000 BTU's/hour

Seems kinda small for a lot of rooms.

    Output: 719 Watts (2,455 BTUs)
That wouldn't even work in my bathroom.

Single pipe 392sqft system with an EG-40 rated for 325sqft and it's silent and balanced at all times.
