Steel Fin Tube baseboard

We are looking to find out the rating of some steel (1 1/4" ) fin tube baseboard heaters on a residential job. They are enclosed with a normal looking baseboard enclosure but are fed with steam. Does anyone have any ideas? We have checked with our supply houses and they have no clue. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Anything like these perhaps? Different enclosure, but the element may be the same. If that isn't it, some pictures could help.
