Mini low heat heat pump?

Is anyone aware of a heat pump that is small, doesn't need to get to a high temp as this will NOT be used for a home radiant application? At home I have the GE heat pump hot water heater but that would be a bit much for what I am thinking of doing although I could use that but it is expensive.
