Steam Boiler, Radiators and Univents

They came out of an old Elementary School that was built in early 1900’s and closed in 2000. It is currently in the processed of being renovated into apartment buildings and the old Boiler and Steam Radiator system are not being incorporated. They are all functioning and were in use until October 2015 when they were decommissioned.
The Boiler is a Kewanee “Type-M” (M-135) installed in 1979/1980. Original operating manual, as well as boiler certifications (most recently done in 2014) are available.
There are 29 radiators in various sizes/ages throughout the building. We are not sure on the ages, but the school had major work/additions done in 1908 and 1934 and we assume they come from those time periods. I asked about this on the "Simply Steam" forums and the consensus there seems to confirm that. But, we do not have any documentation for them. There is one radiator in the basement that is a newer model, probably from the 1980s when that space was renovated.
In addition to the radiators, there are also a total of 10 “univents” systems throughout different classrooms. We have documentation that at least some of them date back to 1930, as we have operators’ manual from that time period. Six of the univents are located in the 1908 section of the building and four in the 1934 section. We believe they are from different time periods, as there is a noticeable difference in appearance, but are not certain.
I'm attaching some of the pictures we have. More available up on request.
We would prefer to sell the boiler and radiators/univents together as one package but are somewhat flexible on that. We are located in western South Dakota.

I don't really have a good answer. It's the owners choice not to reuse them.0

I'm not sure. Sorry, I was just asked to see if we could sell them, and I don't have a lot of information on the project itself.
If this isn't the right place for this kind of post, I apologize. These forums came up frequently as recommended during my internet research and I thought it would be worth a shot.0 -
It's fine to post here. The question is being asked because many of us on here question the logic, or actually lack of logic in replacing and entire steam system like that.0

I definitely understand. I just wasn't prepared for it I wish I had more answers, unfortunately I just don't.0
