I'll tear them out..

No water treatment..heavy iron. No maintenance...grossly undersized....5 years and gone...

    just a little...but now the building is heating better than it has in the last 15 years..(previous system wasnt much better)

    What boiler are they? Not that poor treatment would matter.....
    Are they Combi's?
    And your just an hour north of me....

    They are the Viesmann boilers. Not the combi. An hour puts you somewhere in Manchester? (unless you drive like me then your in Boston)...

    Are you going to bring in Water if the iron is that bad or just treat the dickens out of it?

    Dang, those look like wb2b-45's or 60s. Were the hx's toast on any of those? Got any pics of the replacements installed?

    Kcopp your right. one hour and I can be in Dover..LOL..and yes we actually added antifreeze to the system. The hotel has added two treatment systems to combat this. We've also added seperators to try and catch any prior to each boiler. I do have a picture just looks really bad. My phone camera malfunctioned for some reason...still have more work to go on it..

    They are the 850s and not haven't tried the Enduro yet...like the start up on these though, pretty easy...
