If anyone is using Wintac please assist me. How do you create a dynamic list to call your customers to schedule visits for sevice contrasts. Printing a paper list is ridiculous and begs for mistakes . Looking at a static PDF file on screen equally silly. How do you create a mail merge for dunning letters and other notifications where you do need a paper output? Wintac is very limited on data import and export functions. Wintac support acts as if I am the first company trying to run a service business using these very basic functions. Matt in Atlanta
