Honeywell l6006c Aquastat wiring help please!

New to water stoves and looking for help on wiring a Honeywell L6006c to only operate blower on stove. Trying to get fan to run til water temp of 180 reached and cut back on at 165 or so. I have tried running hot wire to R and running off B back to hot on fan. Whites from fan and power ran together. Doesn't seem to work and looking for help!!!

differential is adjustable, you can have up up to a 30f diff iirc.
