Mini Heat system options

I will need 33,480 BTU/hour or 9,812 watt. This unit will heat a small addition to the main house independently. Resources for fuel are oil, electric, and propane. The smoke pipe can handle 200,000btu but the main burner system and water heater use all of that. So, It will need separate exhaust or no exhaust.

We are considering a propane mini condenser boiler with forced exhaust. Or a Tankless electric hot water heater.

What is most economical option? Is There another way?
House is in Ny.
new addition has baseboard installed.

    I really like this boiler.

Are you sure that the existing boiler wont handle the extra load?
    Most boilers are over sized.

You will have to compare fuel costs in your area. Oil, and propane can be volatile, and electric can be pricey, but not as volatile.
