Weil McLain CGi3, high limit

I have 2 CGi3 boilers that, to me, seem to be running too hot. With a digital thermometer I get a reading of over 220° at supply. The unit-mounted guage reads very high but I am unsure of their 37-year-old accuracy. What should the limit be set at? Thanks
