Internet Thermometer with Navien CH-240 heat

Hi everyone. I have a Navien CH-249 heat system.
When they installed it, they used the existing 2 wire thermostat system and all is well.
I want to replace the thermostat with one of the internet based systems.
Maybe the NEST or a HONEYWELL.
Any suggestions as to what internet thermostat I should use.
I can possible run a new line to the thermostat - if I had to .. ugh.. it's an old house, but I sure I can do it if I need more than 2 conductor wire.
Any ideas appreciated.
