Hello guys.
I have an issue here in my building where i have water spurting out of vents on the 6th floor.
I have the building set on E for day and night on the Heat Timer, and the return line temp is at 168.
usually with stellar results. I have been the super in the building for 3 years with no issues. Any guesses?

Need a lot more info.
This is 1-pipe steam?
Radiators pitched correctly?
Pics of near boiler piping?
What is the max pressure is the system achieving during a cycle?

Has there been any work done lately on the system which may have introduced oil into the water?
Check the pigtail under the pressuretrol to make sure the pressuretrol can limit the system pressure to 2psi (max for basic operation, or less for economy, and comfort).--NBC0
