Boiler not heating as well as before

We have a Burnham 3 zone boiler.
It's not warming the house as well as it used to. We can't seem to get the house warmer than 65 degrees.
When I rest a meat thermometer on 1 of the pipes, it will only read 125 degrees.
The dial inside of the boiler cover is reading 140°
What do I need to do?

This is a radiant heating system (in case that was unclear )

Are there good batteries in the thermostat?
Can you short out the thermostat to simulate a call for heat?
Is this condition a sudden development, or has it been gradually getting worse?--NBC0
