We did the plumbing and heating at this 9000 square foot house. Finally got the mechanical completed, up and running and balanced.
1-zone of radiant and 12 zones of baseboard.
I love the Caleffi products Ive been installing there products for years and to me its a no brainer. Hot Rod, thanks again.
The Builder/home owner was shocked on how small the boiler was and Im guessing he's never seen a modcon boiler before.
We prefab the one 4'x8' sheet of plywood with all zone valves and Alpha pumps at the shop made the job a lot easier and plenty of room to work with.

Thanks Hot Rod I sure will enter it in the Caleffi excellence program. We prefab that one sheet in about 8 hours at the shop and once everything was transfords over to te job it took about 40 hours to complete everything that includes all the wiring and fine tuning and balancing the flow rates on the radiant manifold, quickseters on the hot water recirc

12 zones of baseboard? Couldn't sell them on cast iron rads? Mechanical room looks awesome!

yeah I know. We tried selling them more zones of radiant and wall hung panel rads for the rest of the house but builder just wanted the most simple kinda hydronic system. Thanks.

Nice work. Always rewarding when the prefabricated work fits well.

Thanks. Yeah I know but I'm not complaining I'm glad he went with hydronics rather then forced air
