Anyone know of Long Island public or private parties who collect used cooking oil to turn into biodiesel?
I live in Patchogue (Brookhaven) on Long Island, New York. I've got 4.5 gallons of used soybean oil from my turkey fryer.

Might be easier to ask a local fast food restaurant. Most have a company that comes out to remove used cooking oil.
There was an error rendering this rich post.

I can bring it to the town landfill for free, they collect it for conversion into biodiesel. I just wanted to give it to an area hobbyist who does their own conversion.
When diesel fuel was super expensive a few years back, there were a bunch of news stories about people brewing their own.0
