  • What were the problems with that system?

    The client also had a little cork (Taco 417) vent on the radiator, but no, it wasn't nearly enough to vent the entire radiator.
    However, the amount of steam it did take in was enough to keep the client warm. He wasn't complaining.
    I'm a strong believer that there's nothing wrong with venting for lifestyle and preference rather than math or geography.

    Yup. One of the manifolds was tapped with left-hand threads. I'm guessing it was the one on the left, since it would be easier to catch both the threads on the shorter nipples.
