Can't get 100% water to drain from return outlet.

Yet again, I am desperate. Someone else wrote that they drained their boiler from the return valve, then refilled it and they haven't had any noise since then. I can only get about 64oz out of my boiler at that level. Why so little?

From the return you can only drain down to the level of the Hartford loop.

You want to drain from the white handled valve in the 3rd picture, that is the boiler drain. The one with the hose on it is the return drain it will not drain the boiler completely.
