Tight Closet

Sometimes the smaller jobs are the hardest. This was a steam replacement job Poppy and crew did last week. It was in a 1920's vintage rowhouse in Mt. Pleasant.
We took out a 50-year old American Standard and replaced it with a 4-section Crown. We ordered the piping kit with two risers and modified the header to 2-1/2" from the supplied 2". Sometimes a commercial boiler in a large mechanical room is easier to pipe than a small residential boiler in a closet.
