Joe - you're the man, thanks for doing a great setup for us, but now I need someone who knows what the hell they are looking at and prevent steps backward after the big jump fwd you gave us.

Can the steam pros provide anyone who can do residential work in Rockland County, NY?? I've exhausted my resources incl the Find a Pro on this site. Unless the guys in Brooklyn will come to Rockland am SOL. I need seasonal maintenance and someone when the oldschool, blue Crown boiler providing everything craps out. Any recommendations?
