beckett afg oil burner scratches

beckett aft oil burner recently starts and runs good for a short time then I hear scratching and it stops and eventually starts again and stops

    burner is 8 years old serviced every year

    Squirrel cage, coupling, or a really bad motor. Do you see soot anywhere?

    Does this unit have a beckett Genisys?? with the add on a/c relay... if so .. that's the trouble.... IF .... you do not have a/c you can by pass it... if you do... then the board needs replaced
