Enerco model 4040 I PP

I bought the Enerco model 4040 l PP heater, serial number 022571 and I would appreciate your help in determining if the unit is complete. I have attached pictures of the unit. I really thank you for your help.

I assume that to test the unit I would attach it to a propane tank, open the tank valve, turn the control knob to pilot, and light it with a match at the point under the burner (last picture)...
