steam taking forever to get to rads

I'm having a problem I hope someone can help with. I recently installed a burnham pin 7 steam boiler. the system has 2 supply and return mains , one supplies the front of the building and the other the rear, both mains heat up quickly. the rads off the front main heat up fine, but the rear which has 2 branches off the main doesn't . One of the branches is heating up but the other which is the furthest away and feeds 3 rads off a riser takes a very long time to get steam. I removed the vents to test if the steam would get to the rads quicker but it didn't even after the riser got hot the rads didn't. any input would be greatly appreciated.

Several problems can show up looking like this:
1- Bad near-boiler piping- post some pics of your job.
2- Dirty boiler water;
3- Boiler undersized for the load- how many square feet of radiation do you have?All Steamed Up, Inc.
