Sizing a steam boiler

Looking at Burnham IN line, 1200 sq ft. home, EDR total is 391.
Which Burnham IN would you recommend?
IN4=65,000 BTU output
IN5=86,000
IN6=108,000
I'm guessing the IN5 is the best one for me, but what would happen if I buy the IN4 instead?
Thanks!

The IN4 is rated at 271 sq. ft. EDR. that is way too small and leaves you no pick-up/piping factor. The IN5 is rated at 358 sq. ft and would leave you about 20% pick-up factor. The IN6 is way too large @ 450 sq.ft, about 15% over-sized plus the 33% pick-up factor. You will likely get a lot of short cycling with the IN6.
The IN5 is the best pick in the Burnham IN line.0 -
