Oil leak fix?

in Oil Heating
Just finished my install, fired right up and began hating the radiant floor! Only problem was a small leak at an oil joint. I may have done something wrong. I put a flex oil line to the burner. At the end of the filter canister there was a pre existing 3 inch long black pipe fitting. To that I added a cast 90, then I added the flex line. That's where it's leaking. What can I do to stop it? Did I use the wrong 90 to go to the (what appears to be chrome) flex?

The flex lines I'm familiar with are designed to connect to brass flare fittings. Is this what you connected to, or did you screw the flex line fitting directly onto a piece of pipe? All Steamed Up, Inc.

Post a pic. The lines I use from Crown have a non-rotating 1/4" end and a reverse type flare/nut connection on the other end0

Yes brass occurred to me today while driving. And there is one end that rotates (that end doesnt leak) So, I will buy a brass fitting and give that a go. Thanks...0
