Buderus GB142/45 Installed July 2008---No yearly maintenance until November 2012-- Continual problems from 18 January 2013 until present. Boiler lost manifoilds, air bleeders; condensate was clogged and blocked.
Customer is not happy with our company. To do good maintenance and set boiler up for the coming winter (2015/2016) and gonforward OR replace? Boiler serves 2 radiant zones; 2 hot water basebord zones and 2 indirect dhw tanks

Why is the customer unhappy w/ you when the boiler was not maintained? were you supposed to make the appointment?
Its like a car owner upset w/ the garage when they went 15k between oil changes.....
What problems are you having w/ the unit?
What is the water quality like there?

Maintenance issues aside and whose fault it is or is not is irrelevant , between you and the customer .

Try to clean the heat exchanger using Buderus' method using mineral oil (not spirits) , yes , I have seen that happen . The UBA on that Buderus may be one of the older ones before they recognized a dirty power problem from emergency generators
( may not apply ) . Basically everything in that unit is easily replaceable with not much effort . If cleaning this one up is unsuccessful just order the needed repair items and replace without removing piping or unit from wall . Remember to have the water tested also for Buderus GB compliant chemistry and address whatever you find . Use an inhibitor also to protect this piece of equipment from future neglect .

I would imagine this would be a good learning experience for both the customer and your company about the importance of maintenance .
